David Pekovic is a skilled and creative designer with a background in residential and retail design, including the last eight years specializing in high-end residential architecture in Sydney. With a BA and MArch in Architecture from the University of Westminster, London, he has developed a refined design sensibility and a strong technical foundation.

He is currently an Associate at Smith & Tzannes, where he has spent the past five years shaping bespoke residential projects with a strong focus on quality, detail, and design integrity.

His career has spanned both the private and commercial sectors. Before relocating to Sydney, he worked in London, delivering luxury retail projects for Stella McCartney. His expertise covers concept development, visualization, and detailed documentation, managing projects from inception to completion.

Originally from Sweden, David has lived and worked internationally, bringing a broad cultural perspective to his designs. Now based in Sydney, he continues to apply his passion for architecture, urban issues, and design innovation to his projects. Thoughtful, detail-oriented, and adaptable, he excels at balancing creativity with practical execution.
